Invite a user

Open Users, invite by email, and choose a role. The invitee receives an email to join.

Roles

Roles control what someone can change in the app (agents, channels, keys, members). Review role permissions in the users UI before granting admin-level access.

Deactivate

Deactivate a member when they should no longer access the business. API keys are separate from user logins—revoke keys under API keys if needed.
