Open Files and upload one or more files into your default channel. Processing runs asynchronously.

File vs document

  • A file is the stored upload.
  • A document is one logical result after split and classify (for example one invoice inside a PDF).
Open a file to see its child documents and statuses.

Review results

When a document is Ready, open it to view extracted fields and tables. You can also download content when a download link is available.

Reset and reprocess

From file detail you can reset or reprocess when you need Documate to run extraction again. Prefer a test file while you tune agents so production data stays clean.
