# Find extracted data

> Search documents by extracted field keys and values.

After documents are Ready, you can find them by structured fields—not only by file name.

## Documents list

Use **Documents** to filter by status, dates, and related file.

## Schema search

Use **Search** (schema search) to look up documents by an extracted field key and value. This is useful when you need every invoice with a given supplier name or PO number.

  Field names come from your agent output schema. Keep schema keys stable so searches and integrations stay predictable.
